• Free Shipping: All orders within India qualify for free shipping.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders within India incur a charge of ₹59 for eligible pin codes.

• International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders depend on the weight of the package and may vary based on the order size and delivery location.

• Returns for International Orders: Reverse pickup services are not available for international orders; customers are responsible for managing returns.

Return Policy

URFA provides a hassle-free return and replacement policy.

• Return Timeframe:

• For craft products: Return requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.  (*The availability of return service depends on courier partner services and pin code.)

What is Self-Ship & how do I do it?

In Rare cases; For a few pin codes and due to certain courier partners limitations, URFA is unable to provide the product pick-up option during returns.

If your PIN code falls under this limitation, you can return the product by self-shipping it to our return desk.

You can self-ship the item by sending the product to any one of the following URFA return desks:

• Replacement Delivery Timeline:

• Craft products: We always try to get the pick-up done at the earliest. However, based on the pin codes and courier partner assignment, the pick-up timeline may vary from 12-15 business days.  (*The availability of replacement service depends on courier partner services and pin code.

• Refund/Replacement Process: URFA initiates the refunds or replacements as soon as we receive the returned shipment. (*Pickup and refund timelines will differ based on the courier and payment mode.)

• Return Eligibility:

• Products must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

• For reverse pick-up eligibility, Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• Customized orders, clearance category sale items, used, damaged, or tampered products are not eligible for returns or replacements.  

• Reverse Pickup Service: Available only for orders delivered to specific serviceable pin codes.
